Who we are
WebSyite builds business websites using AI. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean WebSyite; “you” means anyone using this site. Questions go to hello@websyite.com.
What we collect
When you use the website generator, we process the two things you type into the form:
- Your business name — used as the name on the websites we generate.
- Your business description — used to write the copy and choose the sections.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details to generate a website. There is no account and no sign-up.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, and which page or endpoint was requested. We use the IP address to apply a rate limit so one visitor cannot exhaust the service for everyone.
Who we share it with
To generate your websites, your business name and description are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, via their API. Anthropic processes this text to produce the website and is bound by their own terms. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes server logs on our behalf.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
The generated websites are held in your browser tab only. We do not save them to a database. Close the tab and they are gone unless you downloaded them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on their standard schedule.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving those files.
Your rights
Because we do not hold an account or a stored profile for you, there is usually nothing for us to look up, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, write to hello@websyite.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
