The short version
Try WebSyite free. You only pay once you have seen your websites and decided you want one. If you pay and then change your mind within 30 days, you get all of it back.
Before you pay
Generating websites is free and requires no card. You get your drafts, review them, and choose. There is nothing to refund at this stage because you have not paid anything.
After you pay
Email hello@websyite.com within 30 days of payment and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason.
- We confirm by email within 2 working days.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method.
- Funds typically appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Domains
If a domain was registered for you, the domain registration fee cannot be refunded once registered — registries do not reverse it. The rest of your plan is refunded in full, and the domain stays yours, registered in your name. You can transfer it away at any time.
After 30 days
Beyond 30 days we do not refund the current term, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. You keep your website for the rest of the period you have paid for.
Cancelling a renewal
Email us any time before your renewal date and we will stop it. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
