1. Agreement
By using WebSyite you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
You describe your business and we generate website drafts using AI. You can preview them and download the HTML. Paid plans additionally cover domain registration, hosting, support and the marketing tools described on our pricing page.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the business information you enter and of the websites generated for you. You are responsible for making sure what you publish is accurate, lawful, and yours to use — including any trade marks, images and claims about your business.
You agree not to use the service to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that impersonates another business.
4. AI-generated output
Websites are produced by an AI model. Output varies between runs, may contain errors, and may not be unique to you — another user describing a similar business could receive a similar result. Review everything before you publish it. We do not warrant that generated copy is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Where a detail was not supplied by you, the model is instructed to insert an obvious placeholder rather than invent a value. Check for these before going live.
5. Fair use of the generator
Free generation is rate limited per connection. Do not attempt to bypass those limits, script bulk requests, or resell access to the generator. We may suspend access that degrades the service for others.
6. Payment and renewal
Plan prices are shown on our pricing page and are billed in advance. Annual plans renew at the same price stated at the time of purchase. You can cancel before renewal to stop further charges.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control may interrupt it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
